The Hypermotard 698 Mono is Ducati's first production-spec bike with a single-cylinder engine. This engine produces 77.5bhp at 9750rpm and 63Nm of torque at 8000rpm.

Ducati DesertX Discovery has the same 937cc liquid-cooled Testastretta V-twin unit that produces 110bhp at 9250rpm and 92Nm of torque at 6500rpm.

Ducati India has added another variant of the DesertX, called the DesertX Rally. The former is already a capable off-roader, but the ‘Rally’ version is more of a hardcore off-roader. 

Powering both these bikes is a 1103cc V4 liquid-cooled Desmosedici Stradale engine which produces a whopping 208hp at 13,000 RPM & 123Nm at 9,500 RPM
