TECNO has secured its smartphone signal performance in the recent TechArc benchmarking report featured in the TechMark study. The report tested signal quality across a wide range of smartphones and found that TECNO phones deliver reliable and solid connectivity, not just in premium phones but in mid-range as low-end phones as well too.

Widely Tested vs. Top Brands

The TechMark study compared eight different TECNO smartphones to more than 95 competing models from 15 leading smartphone manufacturers. The reason for the comparison was to compare the degree of integration of mainstream connectivity technologies as well as performance in real world. The conclusion was that TECNO has managed to offer consistent network performance across its entire portfolio.

Focus on Real-World Connectivity

According to the study, TECNO phones facilitated faster downloads, safe digital payments, seamless video streaming, and safe calling—especially when customers were on the move or over weak networks. TECNO did not limit high-end functionality to flagship models as in some companies, since some discovered that TECNO incorporated several advanced connectivity features in even the most basic phones.

Integrated Signal Technologies

Some of the technologies incorporated into TECNO smartphones were credited for the improved performance. These include dynamic switching between 5G and 4G for efficiency in speed, support for combined Wi-Fi + mobile data for improved download speeds, and multi-network aggregation for seamless connectivity. Improved signal reception in low-signal conditions and improved antenna design assisted in smooth operation.

Signal Strength as a Standard, Not a Premium

The report highlighted TECNO's approach of offering strong signal capabilities as a default feature, rather than as an exclusive prerogative for flagship buyers. This sets the company apart in an ecosystem where connectivity offerings are occasionally employed as bait for higher-priced models.

Shifting Expectations in the Smartphone Market

The findings reflect a broader shift in consumer demand. As increasingly more people rely on their phones for digital payments, entertainment, and remote work, signal reliability is now a must-have. TechMark benchmarking results show that signal strength will be just as much of a purchasing factor as camera performance or battery life.

TECNO's performance in the study positions it competitively with smartphone manufacturers, particularly among consumers who prioritize strong and dependable mobile network connectivity in everyday use.
