ASUS ExpertBook P Series Laptops Powered By AI Launched In India: Price, Specifications

ASUS has officially unveiled its new ExpertBook P Series laptops in India, targeting business users and professionals who require performance, reliability, and enterprise-class security.

The new series features the ExpertBook P1, P3, and flagship P5, all of which will go on sale through Flipkart and its fast-commerce platform Flipkart Minutes from April 21. The series starts at ₹39,990.

This release marks an important milestone in ASUS's goal of bringing enterprise-class computing within reach of small and medium-sized enterprises. The ExpertBook P Series provides a balance of high performance, tough durability, AI-powered productivity functions, and all-encompassing support services.

A distinctive feature of this launch is the integration with Flipkart's advanced purchase options. Consumers will enjoy GST-compliant direct payments, live video demos, extended service pack offerings, and speedy delivery services via Flipkart's platform.

Topping the series is the ExpertBook P5, which comes with Intel's Core Ultra 7 (Series 2) processor, up to 32GB LPDDR5X RAM, and dual PCIe Gen 4 SSDs for lightning-fast performance. The mid-range P3 and entry-grade P1 have up to 13th Gen Intel Core i7 H-series processors, with compatibility for up to 64GB DDR5 RAM and dual SSD storage.

ASUS points out that the laptops are ideal for heavy workloads, complemented by AI-powered features such as real-time meeting transcription, live subtitle translation, noise cancellation, and video improvement during calls.

Another major advantage of the ExpertBook P Series is its durability. The laptops are US military-grade MIL-STD-810H compliant. The P3 and P5 both have aluminum bodies and I/O ports that are strengthened. Both the keyboard, which is spill-resistant, and the hinges are tested for one crore keystroke operations, whereas the hinges are designed to survive 50,000 open-close cycles.

Security measures consist of self-healing BIOS, TPM 2.0, biometric login, webcam privacy shutter, and a one-year free subscription to McAfee+ Premium featuring AI security utilities. The laptops are driven by a 63Wh battery providing up to 20 hours of use and supporting USB-C charging.

With Flipkart, users are able to access video call-based product demos, choose service add-ons during checkout, and avail widespread after-sales service. ASUS also offers warranty protection in 14,900+ PIN codes in India and international warranties in 80 countries.

Launch deals come with discounts and complimentary service packs valued up to ₹12,000. These are a ₹3,000 discount (April 21–27), free 2-year extended warranty and accidental damage protection (April 21–23), and complimentary 1-year McAfee+ Premium subscription.
