The Vivo X series has earned a reputation as a camera enthusiast's dream, with the brand proudly claiming it delivers a DSLR-like photography experience in a smartphone. In China, Vivo has already unveiled the X200 series, which includes three distinct models: the X200, X200 Pro and X200 Pro Mini. Each model caters to different user needs while staying true to the series’ hallmark of innovation and quality. With its cutting-edge technology and sleek design, the X200 series sets a new benchmark in smartphones.
However, in India, Vivo has decided to launch only two smartphones: the Vivo X200 and the Vivo X200 Pro. Let’s dive into the details of the X series:

Vivo X200
The Vivo X200 features a 6.67-inch AMOLED curved display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 4500 nits of brightness. It is protected by Schott Xensation Alpha and features an in-display fingerprint scanner. The phone comes with Android 15 out of the box and the brand has also promised four major Android updates. The smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 SoC, which is based on 3nm architecture.
The X200 comes with a triple 50-megapixel rear camera setup, which includes the main 50-megapixel sensor with an f/1.6 aperture. The main sensor is optically stabilised. Additionally, it has a 50-megapixel ultra-wide sensor and a 50-megapixel telephoto sensor. The camera setup also features laser autofocus, Zeiss T* lens coating and LED flash. The rear camera can shoot 4K videos at up to 60fps. On the front, it has a 32-megapixel sensor with 4K resolution support.
The Vivo X200 is equipped with a massive 5,800mAh battery with 90W wired charging support. It is IP68/69 rated, so you don’t need to worry about water splashes or light rain.

Vivo has launched only two versions in the Indian market. The lower version comes with 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage, priced at INR 65,999. The higher version comes with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage, priced at INR 71,999.

Vivo X200 Pro
The Pro version features a 6.78-inch 2K quad-curved display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 4500 nits of peak brightness. The display in the Pro version is protected by Armor Glass. The smartphone is powered by the MediaTek 9400 SoC and runs Funtouch OS based on Android 15 out of the box. The update policy is the same for both products in the X200 series. Similar to the Vivo X200, this model also comes with an IP68/69 rating.
The Pro version comes with a triple rear camera setup but the sensors are upgraded. The main 50-megapixel sensor is optically stabilised, accompanied by a 200-megapixel ZEISS APO telephoto sensor and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide sensor. This model also features a 32-megapixel front-facing camera. Both the rear and front camera setups can shoot 4K videos.
The Pro version features a 6,000mAh battery and is available only in one variant: 16GB RAM with 512GB onboard storage. The Pro version is priced at INR 94,999. The device will compete with the Oppo Reno X8 series, iPhone 16 series and Samsung Galaxy S24 series.
