Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7
Samsung is all set to unveil the Galaxy Z Fold 7, and the upcoming foldable is already making waves for its expected design refinements and feature upgrades. With the launch just around the corner, new renders of the device have leaked online, offering a clearer glimpse of what users can expect.
Fold 7 Brings Two Colour Options
Shared by Android Headlines, the renders show the Galaxy Z Fold 7 in two sleek colour options — Blue Shadow and Jet Black — though more colour variants are likely to be announced at launch. At first glance, the design appears to follow the familiar layout of its predecessor, including a triple rear camera setup. However, the updated design reveals a noticeably slimmer profile, suggesting Samsung has worked on improving the phone's portability and aesthetics.
According to the leak, the Galaxy Z Fold 7 could measure just 3.9mm to 4.5mm in thickness when unfolded, making it one of the slimmest foldables in its class. The weight is tipped to be around 215 grams, which is lighter than previous models and should enhance usability during extended use.

The device may also come with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection to improve durability against drops and scratches.

Under the hood, the Z Fold 7 is likely to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 ‘Elite’ chipset, paired with 12GB of RAM, ensuring top-tier performance. Camera upgrades are also on the horizon, with leaks pointing to a new 200MP main sensor in the triple camera system. On the software front, the device is expected to run Android 16 with One UI 8, featuring AI-powered tools and enhanced productivity features aimed at professionals and multitaskers.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 is expected to debut on July 9, 2025, at the company’s Galaxy Unpacked event in New York. With its refined design and upgraded internals, the Z Fold 7 could set a new benchmark in the foldable phone market.
