Motorola has confirmed the launch of its upcoming flip phone in India. The Motorola Razr 50 Ultra will be launching in India on July 4, 2024, a week before Samsung launches the Galaxy Z Flip6 at Galaxy Unpacked. The Razr 50 Series made its global debut earlier this week consisting of two devices - Razr 50 and Razr 50 Ultra however, only the latter will be launching in India. Motorola Razr 50 Ultra Full Specifications
The Motorola Razr 50 Ultra features a 6.9-inch main display with FHD+ resolution. It is an LTPO pOLED screen with a variable screen refresh rate of 1 to 165Hz. The Razr 50 Ultra's USP is its 4-inch outer pOLED cover display the comes with Corning Gorilla Glass Protection and adaptive high refresh rate that can be switched between 1 to 165Hz.
The device is powered by a Snapdragon 8s Gen3 processor that is paired with 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage. For optics, it uses a 50MP main sensor on the back with OIS support and the a 50MP 2X telephoto sensor. For selfies and video calls, there is a 32MP shooter on the front.
The device houses a 4000mAh cell and supports 45W fast wired and 15W wireless charging. The device runs Android 14-based Hello UI out-of-the-box. It also features Moto AI and Google Gemini integration for better user experience.

The Motorola Razr 50 Ultra has beeen launched in the European market for 1299.99 Euros, which roughly translates to Rs 1,07,250. However, by looking at the current selling price of the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra i.e. Rs 69,999 we can expect the Razr 50 Ultra to launch in similar price range.
