Samsung Galaxy Z Fold6, Z Flip6 to Launch on July 10 at Galaxy Unpacked

Samsung has announced the Galaxy Unpacked event of 2024. The Galaxy Unpacked event will take place on July 10, 2024, in Paris amid the Paris Olympics 2024. The South Korean brand is expected to launch a slew of Galaxy products at the event including the Galaxy Z Fold6, Galaxy Z Flip6, Galaxy Watch7 Series, Galaxy Buds3 series. The brand is also expected to unveil its first Galaxy Ring and Galaxy Watch Ultra. Samsung has confirmed that Galaxy AI will power its upcoming products. The products will launch in India on the same day.

New Foldable Phones

The Unpacked pre-reservation page confirms that Samsung will launch the new foldable phones at the event. These phones are rumoured to be the Galaxy Z Fold6 and Galaxy Z Flip6. These upcoming foldable phones will feature Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, according to Geekbench. A leaked promotion image of the devices revealed that these foldable phones will adopt a boxier design compared to their predecessors. The Galaxy Z Flip6 is rumoured to feature a larger battery than the Flip5. 

Galaxy Buds3 Series

The Samsung pre-reservation page also reveals that we will get to see new earbuds i.e. Galaxy Buds3 series. The rumour mill suggests that Samsung will adopt Apple Airpods-like stem design for its upcoming Galaxy Buds3 and Buds3 Pro. Samsung is rumored to bring Galaxy AI to Buds3 Pro that would be interesting to see how the brand implements Galaxy AI into its earbuds. Nothing has already announced ChatGPT support in its ear (a). Popular tipster, Ice Universe revealed that the new Galaxy Buds3 series has been designed by Hubert H. Lee who worked as Chief Design Officer of Mercedes-Benz China. 

Galaxy Watch7, Galaxy Watch Ultra

For the first time ever, we may get to see a Galaxy Watch Ultra from Samsung. This could be the most powerful smartwatch that Samsung ever made. The brand is also expected to launch the Galaxy Watch7 at Samsung Unpacked. Ice Universe revealed that these smartwatches will be powered by an Exynos W1000 processor based on 3nm fabrication. The tipster also revealed that it will pack a 590mAh battery and weigh 61.5 grams. The Galaxy Watch Ultra will reportedly pack 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage.

Galaxy Watch Ring

Announced during the Galaxy S24 Ultra and showcased at Mobile World Congress 2024, Samsung is all set to launch the Galaxy Watch Ring on July 10. It will be available in three colours: Silver, Black, and Gold. Buyers will be able to select sizes between 5 to 13. It will have a heart rate sensor, vitality score, and other health based features.
