The Pixel 9a is expected to be 8.9mm slim and 189.5g heavy. The device is also expected to get the IP68 certification, which means the smartphone should be water and dust-resistant.

The Pixel 9a will be powered by the Tensor G4 chipset. We have seen the same SoC in the Pixel 9 series. This is a 4nm-based octa-core chipset. Apart from that, the smartphone will feature 8GB LPDDR5X RAM and the base version will come with 128GB UFS 3.1 storage. Google may ship another 256GB variant.

The Pixel 9a may keep the legacy alive and is expected to come with a 6.285-inch 1080 x 2424 display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 240Hz sampling rate.
