In a move to capture the budget smartphone market, Lava has launched another offering in the Indian market. The model has been released under its Play series and has been named Lava Play Max. It features 5G connectivity, a robust 6.72-inch FHD+ flat LCD, and a powerful processor.

The company has introduced the model in two colour options: Deccan Black and Himalayan White. Customers interested in buying a budget-friendly smartphone can now visit Lava’s authorised dealerships nationwide. The device is also listed on Amazon and Flipkart, where buyers can avail of additional bank discount offers.

The base 6GB+128GB  variant is priced at Rs 12,999, while the 8GB+128GB version is available for Rs 14,999. The latest offering from the brand comes with a stylish design featuring curved corners and a matte finish. It includes a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for added convenience and is equipped with an **IP54 rating**, providing extra protection against dust and water splashes.

For gamers, Lava has introduced a segment-first Vapour Chamber Cooling (VC Cooling) system. This technology helps keep the phone cool during heavy gaming sessions, running intensive applications, or multitasking.
