The official launch of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is still at least a few months away but the leaks and rumours have started making waves on the internet. So, we'll tell you all the details that we have so far. Let's read on, then.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra: Design

The leaked images reveal that Samsung may finally ditch the rectangular boxy shape and opt for rounder edges, making the device one-handed usage-friendly and comfortable. Apart from that, the camera layout may remain the same as the current generation, which looks okay.

As per established tipster, ICE Universe, “The middle frame of Galaxy S25 Ultra is designed asymmetrically in front and back. The middle frame near the back cover is more rounded, while the part near the screen is straighter. I believe this is Samsung's design considering the feeling of holding. The annoying huge middle frame has been narrowed, and the width is the same as S24. So the visual bezel will become narrower than the S24U’’.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra: Display and Performance

The other expected features of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra include a 6.8-inch flat AMOLED display with a thinner frame, bezels, and rounded corners. The chipset details are unknown but reports speculate, it might be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 or Samsung’s in-house Exynos 2500 chipset.

As for the user interface, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is likely to run on the latest version of Samsung’s feature-loaded skin, the One UI, and is deemed to have a larger battery capacity than the S24 Ultra's 5000mAh battery pack. We also expect Samsung to increase the wired fast charging speeds from 45 watts.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra: Cameras

This soon-to-be Samsung's flagship smartphone will also have a superior camera and is believed to support new AI features. The rear camera setup will include a 200 MP f/1.8 lens, a 50 MP f/2.2 ultrawide lens, and a 10 MP f/2.4 telephoto lens. In addition to that, a 12 MP selfie shooter with auto-focus is also expected.
