Realme Narzo N63: Price, Specifications and Camera

Chinese smartphone maker Realme has launched the first in-segment smartphone with a vegan leather back. This entry-level 4G smartphone costs Rs 8,499. In addition to its sustainable back, the smartphone from Realme boasts a 5000mAh battery and 45W Supervooc charging capabilities. The brand has provided a 4-year lag-free certification with this phone. 

Pricing and availability: 

There are two variants of this smartphone: one with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, and another with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The price of the lower variant is Rs 8,499, while the highest variant costs Rs 8,999. It will be available in two colors: Leather Blue and Twilight Purple. Amazon is the official e-store for the Realme Narzo series, so Amazon will offer a Rs 500 coupon, and the first sale will start on June 10, 2024, at 12:00 PM.

Displacing and Performance: The Realme Narzo N63 features a large 6.74-inch HD resolution with a 90Hz refresh rate for smooth visuals, and the peak screen brightness is 560 nits, which can go as low as 1 nits. Users will get a Mini Capsule 2.0 to access key notifications. The Unisco T612 SoC, a budget-level processor best suited for daily tasks and operating software segments, powers the smartphone running Android 14. The phone also supports Air Gestures, so you can receive, disconnect, and switch between videos without touching your phone in a 20–40 cm range.

Build Quality and Battery: The smartphone is made of plastic with a premium leather finish; it is just 7.74 mm slim and weighs 189 grams even after a 5000 mAh battery. Its IP54 rating makes the phone water- and dust-resistant. The Realme N63 offers a 3.5mm jack for audio output, 45W type-C charging, and dual-sim support with a microSD card. The brand has quoted that users can use the touchscreen in the rain with the new Rainwater Smart Touch technology. For sound output, it has ultra boom speakers that support a maximum volume of up to 200%, and it also has AI noise cancellation. To access shortcuts, it has a dynamic button just below the volume rockers. 

Camera and Video: The N63 supports a 50MP rear camera and an additional auxiliary lens. On the front, it offers an 8MP selfie shooter. The rear camera is capable of shooting full HD videos at 30 fps, and the front camera can shoot HD videos at 30 fps. In the camera app, you can select different modes, like street mode, night mode, portrait mode, etc., based on your needs.
