Realme 13 Series Officially Confirmed to Launch in India

After the successful launch of the Realme 13 Pro series, the brand is all set to bring the Realme 13 series to the Indian market soon. The brand has shared a teaser about its upcoming number series, confirming the launch of the devices in India. The series is expected to consist of two smartphones; Realme 13 and Realme 13 Plus. Realme revealed that it has sold around 1,12,000 units of Realme 13 Pro and Pro Plus till now.

The brand has released a teaser saying “Speed Has a New Number” and the number 13 is mentioned there. Other than this, Realme India’s official site and Flipkart have also listed a microsite for upcoming Realme phones which further confirms the imminent launch of this series. In another teaser released today, Realme confirmed that it is launching the Realme 13 Series in India. 

Since the teaser images talk about speed, we assume that these devices will feature fast chipset and memory for snappy performance. The teaser image also reveals that these devices will be faster than the D7200 chipset which may be the MediaTek Dimensity 7300. 

A Realme phone with model number RMX 5000 was recently listed on Geekbench. It is speculated that it might be the Realme 13 Plus with the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset. The listed device also has 6GB of RAM and is running on Android 14. Realme recently launched the Realme 13 4G in Indonesia, however, there is no news on its India launch. 

The current Realme 12 5G comes equipped with a Dimensity 6100+ chipset and the Dimensity 7300 will be a much better upgrade for this series. The official launch date of this new series is still awaited from the brand, however, it is expected to debut by the end of August 2024.
