Poco India has confirmed that it is launching its upcoming budget-centric smartphone, POCO M6 Plus on August 1. The latest addition to the Poco M6 series will join its other two siblings, the M6 and M6 Pro. Based on the paper specs, the device seems to be a rebranded version of the Redmi 13 5G. In other news, POCO also launched a special Wolverine Deadpool edition for Rs 33,999 on Flipkart.

Paras Guglani on X (formerly Twitter) spotted a listing of POCO M6 Plus on the Reliance Digital Store. The listing suggests that it will be available for Rs 14,999 for the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant. It will be available in three colours: Lavender, silver, and black.

A Flipkart micro-site of the device confirms the key specifications and design of the device. It looks identical to the Redmi 13 5G and has a dual tone design on the back. It will feature a 108MP main sensor with a large f/1.75 aperture, whereas, details of the secondary rear camera remain under the curtains for now. The device also features a ring flashlight. If the device is indeed a rebranded version of Redmi 13 5G, then the secondary unit would be a 2MP depth sensor.
It will have a 6.79-inch FHD+ IPS LCD display with 120Hz refresh rate. The POCO M6 Plus will be powered by an accelerated edition of the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 paired with up to 8GB of RAM. On the front, the phone will feature a 13MP camera. It will run on Android 14-based Hyper OS out of the box. Last, it will pack a 5030mAh battery unit and support 33W fast charging.
