OnePlus Nord 4 With Metal Unibody Design Launched in India

OnePlus today launched its mid-range smartphone, Nord 4 in India. The brand held a launch event in Milan, Italy, unveiling the Nord Buds 2 Pro, Pad 2, and Watch 2R. The highlight of the Nord 4 is its metal unibody design which features metal finishing below the camera module and glass panel around the camera module.

The OnePlus Nord 4 flaunts a 6.74-inch Tianma U8+ OLED flat display with a resolution of 2772×1240 pixels. The display supports a high refresh rate of 120Hz and a peak brightness level of 2150 nits. As mentioned earlier, the device has a dual-pattern back panel with a glossy finish on the upper half and a lining pattern with metal finish on the lower half. It is available in three colours, Mercurial Silver, Oasis Green, and Obsidian Midnight.

It is powered by a Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chipset that is paired with up to 8GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB UFS 4.0 storage for snappy performance. The phone boots Android 14 based Oxygen OS 14 out of the box. OnePlus claims that the Nord 4 will receive four years of Android updates and six years of security patches.

The Nord 4 has dual rear camera setup consisting of a primary 50MP Sony LYT 600 sensor with OIS support and an 8MP ultrawide unit. To take care of selfies and video chats, the device features a 16MP front-facing camera.

The OnePlus Nord 4 houses a 5500mAh cell and supports 100W fast charging. Other important features of the device include an in-display fingerprint sensor, Dolby Atmos branded stereo speakers, an alert slider, and an IR blaster.
