The Infinix GT 20 Pro, a new budget gaming phone, is an upgraded version of the Infinix GT 10 Pro.

The brand claims that we can play high-graphics games up to 90 fps, and it has also provided gaming accessories like a cooling fan and finger sleeves.

This is the first phone on the market with the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 Ultimate SoC. Infinix has decided to launch the phone for Rs 22,999.

Let's explore the main features of this phone:

Display: The Infinix GT 20 Pro has 144 Hz, a 6.78-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display, a 360 Hz touch sampling rate, and 1,300 nits of brightness. This phone has a dedicated display gaming chip, the Pixel Works X5 Turbo.

The display is large enough to handle all your tasks.

Build and Body: Just like all other gaming phones, this one is also a bit bigger in size. It is 8.2mm thick and 194g heavy. It supports dual SIM cards, but unfortunately, there is no SD card slot. The phone is IP54, and it has customizable RGBs at its back.

The GT 20 Pro is backed by a 5000 mAh battery, and you get a 45W wired charger to boost the battery. To keep the processor cool, the brand has used VC Liquid.

It comes with all important sensors like GPS, GLONASS, and GALILEO, and Infinix is calling this design Cyber Mecha Design. The phone is currently available in Mecha Blue, Mecha Orange, and Mecha Silver colors.

Performance and Software: Infinix has done appreciable work here by choosing the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 Ultimate processor and dedicated gaming chip. The chipset is based on a 4nm architecture, which means it consumes less power. The GT 20 Pro runs on XOS 14, which is based on Android 14.

Battery: It comes with a massive 5000mAh battery, and the brand has provided a 67W charger in the box with a Type C-to-C connecting cable.

The processor is based on only a 4nm chipset, you can expect around 6-7 hours of SOT with moderate gaming and average daily tasks.

Camera Experience: Usually gaming phones don’t provide good cameras, but on-paper, the Infinix GT 20 Pro looks promising. It has a 108 MP optically stabilized camera that can shoot 4K videos up to 60 frames per second, an additional 2MP macro and 2MP depth cameras, and a 32 MP f/2.2 lens that can shoot 2K videos. The phone has a total of six flashes. On the rear, it has four flashes, and on the front, it has two flash units.
