After Infinix, POCO has also confirmed its entry into the Android tablet market. The POCO Pad will launch in India on August 23. The device will be available via the e-commerce platform, Flipkart in the country. The POCO Pad features one of the largest in-segment displays with quad speakers and a 10,000mAh battery pack and is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset.

POCO Pad Specifications
POCO has confirmed all the major specifications of the POCO Pad on its official website and Flipkart via a micro-site. Going by the on-paper specifications, the device seems to be a rebranded version of Redmi Pad Pro, that was launched recently in India.
The device has a thickness of 7.52mm and weighs 571 grams. The tablet features the largest 12.1-inch IPS LCD with 2560 x 1600 resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 600 nits peak brightness, 240Hz touch sampling rate, and 249 ppi pixel density. The tablet features a Gorilla Glass 3 for screen protection.
The POCO Pad is powered by a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC, based on 4nm and clubbed with an Adreno GPU to handle graphic-intensive tasks. The chipset is paired with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB UFS 2.2 internal storage. The total storage can be expanded by up to 1.5TB using a microSD card.
In terms of optics, it sports an 8MP rear and 8MP front camera, both of which support Full HD recordings. The device runs Android 14-based Xiaomi Hyper OS. There is a 10,000mAh battery, and it can be juiced up using a 33W charger. The brand has provided all the important sensors like an accelerometer, gyroscope, ambient light sensor, color temperature sensor, electronic compass, and hall sensor.
