OPPO Find X8 Real Life Image Leaked; May Launch in India

OPPO is reportedly planning to introduce the next model in its flagship series, Find X8 soon in China. The series is expected to feature two smartphones, Find X8 and Find X8 Pro. The device, expected to launch between October to November, has leaked on a Chinese social media portal, Weibo. If reports are to be believed, the OPPO Find X8 could be the first phone after Find X2 to launch in India.

Oppo Find X8 Leaked Specifications

A real-life image of the upcoming OPPO Find X8 has leaked on Weibo revealing the design of the device. The device has been covered in a confidential case that makes the actual design of the device hidden. The image reveals that the OPPO Find X8 will feature a squarish camera module on the rear with three sensors, including a main, an ultrawide-angle, and a telephoto sensor. The camera design on the previous model OPPO Find X7 was circular; the camera placement of all three sensors has changed, but the LED flash is in the same spot. The device has an alert side place on its left frame.

OPPO is moving away from curved edges for its flagship design and we will first see this on the Find X8. The leaked image reveals that the OPPO Find X8 will have flat edges instead of a curved display in the Find X7. 

The device is expected to be powered by MediaTek's upcoming flagship chipset, Dimensity 9400. According to reports, it will be the first SoC to introduce ARM's latest-gen Cortex-X925, enhancing performance by more than 30% and AI performance by 41%. Additionally, it will be paired with the latest Immortalis-G925 GPU, which will enhance graphics performance by 37% when compared to the G720 GPU.

This SoC stands alongside the Apple A17 Pro. Other reports suggest that the OPPO Find X8 will feature a 6.7-inch 1.5K flat display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It will have a 5,600mAh battery with 100W fast charging support. The phone will come in a glass body design with black, white, blue, and pink colour options.
