Apple-owned Beats has entered in the Indian market by launching three new audio products. These are premium audio product ranges, including Beats Solo Buds TWS earphones, Beats Solo 4 on-ear headphones, and Beats Pill Bluetooth speakers. These products will be available to order on Apple website on September 4. Apple has launched Beats in India ten years after acquiring it. Beats will challenge the likes of Sony, Jabra, and other top audio brands in India. Here is everything you need to know about Beat audio products.

Beats Solo Buds

Beats Solo Buds have been launched at a price of Rs 6,900. These new earbuds are compatible with both iOS and Android. The buds are available in four colours: Matte Black, Storm Grey, Arctic Purple, and Sandstone Pink. The ergonomic design of the buds includes acoustic nozzles and laser-cut vents for improved audio output, along with four eartip sizes (XS, S, M, and L) to ensure a proper fit and better noise cancellation. They feature dual-layer transducers to reduce distortion across the frequency range, enhancing audio quality. The buds use Class 1 Bluetooth for improved range and connection with paired devices.

The earbuds offer easy pairing and include a Find My Device feature. They also have gesture control functionality to manage music, calls, voice assistant features, and volume control. Beats claims an overall battery life of 18 hours, with the buds charging via a USB Type-C port. Additionally, the brand states that a 5-minute charge can provide up to an hour of playback time

Beats Solo 4 Headphones

The brand has also launched its Solo 4 headphones, featuring personalised spatial audio with dynamic head tracking, UltraPlush cushions, and up to 50 hours of battery life. The headphones offer lossless audio via a USB-C connection. Beats has introduced three colour options: Matte Black, Slate Blue, and Cloud Pink. The headphones are priced at Rs 22,900.

The Solo 4 headphones come with multiple controls for both wireless and wired connections. They also include beam-forming microphones and a noise-learning algorithm to enhance call performance and voice assistant usage. These headphones are compatible with both iOS and Android platforms.

Beats Pill

Beats has launched the Beats Pill Speaker with a 24-hour battery life; it is IP67 rated and compatible with both Android and iOS. In India, the speakers are priced at Rs 16,900. The brand has released it in three colours: Matte Black, Statement Red, and Champagne Gold.

The speaker uses Class 1 Bluetooth for an improved wireless range and minimal connection drops. It features one-touch pairing and automatic pairing across devices. The brand claims that the battery provides up to 24 hours of continuous playback, with a 10-minute charge offering up to 2 hours of playback. Additionally, two Beats Pill speakers can be synced together for a combined audio experience that creates surround sound.
