Nothing is all set to launch the first phone under its sub-brand, CMF. The CMF Phone 1 is launching in India on July 8, 2024. The device is confirmed to feature a removable back and will launch under Rs 20,000 in the country. The brand has also confirmed key specifications of its upcoming phone via a micro-site on Flipkart. CMF Phone 1 Specifications
The official listing of CMF Phone 1 on Flipkart confirms several key specifications and design of the device. The listing suggests that Phone 1 will be available in orange, black, and grey, with a circular dial on the bottom. The device has a screw on the back, indicating that the back panel will be removable.
The phone will feature a 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED panel with 2000 nits of peak brightness, 120Hz high refresh rate, and HDR10+ support. and a high refresh rate of 120Hz. It will have an in-display fingerprint sensor and an IP52 rating for water and dust resistance.
The CMF Phone 1 will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. It will be the first phone in India to launch with a Dimensity 7300 processor. The phone may have a microSD slot to extend the storage capacity.
The phone is expected to run Android 14-based Nothing OS 2.5 and offer up to 2 years of Android OS updates and 3 years of security updates.
In terms of camera, the phone may have a 50MP main sensor and a 2MP depth sensor on the back. The device will pack a 5000mAh battery unit and support 33W fast charging.

Popular tipster Yogesh Brar on X has revealed that the device will be available in two variants in India:
- 6GB+128GB: Rs 15,999
- 8GB+128GB: Rs 17,999
Do note that these prices include offers which means that the original price could be Rs 1,000 more.
