OnePlus is set to bring back its T-series series with the release of the OnePlus 13T in China on April 24. This is the comeback of the T-series after two generations, with the OnePlus 10T being the previous model in this series. Although the company hasn't officially disclosed the reason why it's bringing back the T-series, the 13T seems to sit between the OnePlus 13R (₹42,999) and the OnePlus 13 flagship (₹65,999). This may assist OnePlus in filling out the mid-premium segment better.
India Launch May Arrive as OnePlus 13S
There has been no word yet about a worldwide or Indian release. But since India is among the most important markets of OnePlus, the phone should come here too, possibly branded as OnePlus 13S. It's rumored that the phone will be launched in India around June 2025.
Design, Display and Colours
The OnePlus 13T comes in three colors — Morning Mist Gray, Cloud Ink Black, and a special edition Pink. All the colors have a matte, low-saturation finish that is specifically designed to provide a more sophisticated and understated look. The device does away with curved edges to adopt a flat, square-shaped design, and comes with a small 6.32-inch flat OLED screen with rounded edges and 120Hz refresh rate.
The back camera module has also been reworked into a single-piece metal housing OnePlus terms as "metal cube Deco," introducing a cleaner and sleeker appearance. The signature Alert Slider has been replaced by a newly available customizable button that continues to cycle between sound modes but can be repurposed for any other function.
Performance and Camera
OnePlus 13T is likely to be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Elite processor, the same as the OnePlus 13. It will feature a dual-camera setup with a 50MP primary sensor and a 50MP 2x telephoto lens — a setup that is designed to provide balanced camera performance.
Battery and Charging
One of the best things about the OnePlus 13T is that it packs a huge 6,260mAh battery combined with 80W fast charging. This has it as one of the battery-life-friendly tiny flagship phones the company has created until now.
