The wait is finally over — Royal Enfield has officially taken the wraps off the Bullet 650 at the EICMA 2025 motorcycle show in Milan, Italy.
This all-new machine carries forward the legendary Bullet legacy into a more powerful 650cc territory. It will first hit international markets including Italy, France, Spain, Germany, the UK, and North America, before making its India debut in early 2026.
As for pricing, early estimates suggest it could start around ₹3.4 lakh (ex-showroom), though some reports expect it might go up to ₹3.7 lakh once launched locally.
The Bullet 650 now becomes part of Royal Enfield’s growing 650cc lineup — joining popular names like the Interceptor, Continental GT, Super Meteor, Shotgun, Bear, and Classic 650.
Elegant Design, Authentic DNA
The Bullet 650 stays true to its heritage. It carries the brand’s timeless look with hand-painted pinstripes, a 3D winged tank badge, teardrop-shaped fuel tank, and a traditional nacelle that instantly reminds you of the original Bullet silhouette.
The bike has a relaxed, upright riding position thanks to raised handlebars and a well-padded single-piece seat. It rolls on 19-inch front and 18-inch rear wheels, offering a confident stance.
At the front, a casquette-mounted LED headlamp with the signature “tiger-eye” pilot lamps adds a modern twist to the Bullet’s classic face.
Buyers will be able to pick from two elegant color options — Canon Black and Battleship Blue. There’s also talk that Royal Enfield may showcase the Bullet 650 at Motoverse 2025 in Goa later this month, starting November 21.
Updated Tech Meets Tradition
The instrument cluster gets a digi-analogue LCD setup, blending old-school charm with modern practicality. It shows fuel level, trip info, gear position, and service reminders, while a USB Type-C charging port adds a dose of everyday convenience.
Other premium touches include chrome-finished twin exhausts, a rear grab rail, and aluminum switchgear with rotary dials and adjustable levers — all designed to give the bike a more premium feel.
Chassis, Suspension, and Braking
Underneath, the Bullet 650 rides on a 43mm telescopic front fork and twin rear shock absorbers, tuned for comfort and stability.
Braking is handled by 320mm front and 300mm rear disc brakes with dual-channel ABS as standard.
The bike has a ground clearance of 154 mm, a seat height of 800 mm, and weighs 243 kg with a 14.8-litre fuel tank — making it a solid highway cruiser with the classic Bullet heft.
Performance and Powertrain
At its heart lies Royal Enfield’s tried-and-tested 648cc parallel-twin engine, producing 46.4 bhp at 7,250 rpm and 52.3 Nm of torque at 5,650 rpm.
It’s paired with a 6-speed gearbox and slipper clutch, ensuring smoother shifts and reduced engine braking — ideal for both touring and city rides.
Royal Enfield’s Big EICMA 2025 Showcase
The Bullet 650 wasn’t the only showstopper at EICMA 2025. Royal Enfield also revealed two exciting highlights:
-
Himalayan Mana Black Edition – A special version inspired by the rugged Mana Pass, adding a stealthy new look to the adventure bike.
-
Shotgun x Rough Crafts Collaboration – A stunning one-off custom motorcycle that fuses Royal Enfield’s neo-retro appeal with Rough Crafts’ bold design style, celebrating creativity in custom motorcycling.
The Road Ahead
The Bullet 650 looks set to become one of Royal Enfield’s most important global launches yet — a perfect blend of classic design, modern features, and proven performance.
When it finally arrives in India in early 2026, it could redefine what riders expect from a big, soulful Royal Enfield.
