iQOO is all set to unveil its next-generation smartphone — the iQOO Neo 11 — in China on October 30, 2025. The company has started teasing some of the phone’s biggest highlights, including a massive 7,500mAh battery, fresh new color options, and a sharp 2K AMOLED display. With pre-orders already live, the phone is generating plenty of buzz among fans.

Launch Details and Pre-Orders

The iQOO Neo 11 will be officially launched in China on October 30 at 7 PM local time (4:30 PM IST). While there’s no word yet on an India launch, the brand has opened pre-reservations in China via Vivo’s official site, JD.com, Tmall, and other e-commerce platforms.

Customers who pre-book the device are set to receive benefits worth CNY 2,976 (around ₹36,000). The official price of the phone, however, has not been revealed yet.

iQOO Neo 11 Specifications

The Neo 11 follows iQOO’s premium design philosophy, with a rear panel featuring a paintbrush-like textured finish. The back uses Satin AG glass for a silky touch, paired with a matte metal middle frame crafted with a precise Seiko cut. The device will be available in four color options — black, blue, orange, and silver.

One of the key highlights of the phone is its 2K LTPO AMOLED display, developed in partnership with BOE. The panel comes with a 144Hz adaptive refresh rate, 510ppi pixel density, and 2592Hz PWM dimming, which should make visuals sharp and easy on the eyes.

For gamers, iQOO is also offering a 3200Hz touch sampling rate with an impressive 25.4ms touch response time, ensuring smoother gameplay and faster controls.

Under the hood, the iQOO Neo 11 will pack last year’s flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. It will ship with OriginOS 6 based on Android 16, with iQOO promising five years of smooth performance.

The phone will also include iQOO’s Monster Core Engine for enhanced gaming and a Power Acceleration Engine for faster overall performance.

On the camera front, the Neo 11 is rumored to feature a 50MP primary sensor with OIS, along with an ultra-wide lens and a depth sensor. More details about the camera setup are expected closer to launch.

The 7,500mAh battery is one of the biggest talking points of the Neo 11. iQOO has confirmed that the device will also support 100W fast charging. To improve gaming sessions, the phone includes bypass charging support, which powers the chipset directly to prevent overheating while plugged in.
