Another thing to keep in mind is to visit multiple dealers. For example, if you are planning to purchase a Maruti Suzuki car, then you should visit as many dealers as possible and check who is offering the best deal. Dealerships with large inventory would offer the most amount of discounts.

Discounts offered by various automobile manufacturers

Mahindra 

Let’s start with the discounts by the top SUV maker in the nation. 

Mahindra is offering up to INR 70,000 in cash discount, INR 30,000 worth of accessories and an INR 20,000 exchange bonus on the Bolero Neo.

The brand is also offering discounts of up to INR 1.3 lakhs on the Bolero.

You also get up to INR 3 lakhs on the top variant of their only electric car in the market, the XUV 400.

Mahindra is also offering up to INR 1.3 Lakh benefits on the Thar 4x2 and up to INR 3 Lakh benefits on the Thar 4x4 Earth Edition. However, there are no discount offers on the recently launched Thar Roxx.

The brand is offering up to an INR 50,000 discount on the Scorpio N and up to INR 40,000 discount on the XUV700.

Tata Motors 

Tata is also offering some great deals on their popular models.

Tata is offering up to an INR 10,000 discount on their entry-level hatchback, the Tiago, along with an INR 15,000 exchange bonus.

Up to INR 30,000 of cash discount and INR 15,000 of exchange bonus is also available on Tata Tigor.

Tata is also offering up to INR 35,000 off on their premium hatchback, the Altroz, along with an additional INR 15,000 off on exchange. The cash discount may go up to INR 60,000 upon choosing the Altroz Racer variant.

Tata is offering up to INR 20,000 discount on their immensely popular micro SUV, the Tata Punch.

The brand is also offering up to INR 30,000 discount on their compact sedan, the Aura, along with an additional exchange bonus of INR 10,000.

Hyundai’s premium hatchback, the i20 is also available with up to INR 50,000 discount along with an exchange bonus of INR 15,000.

Hyundai is offering up to INR 2 lakhs of discount on their top-end EV, the IONIQ 5.

Maruti Suzuki 

The country’s number one car brand, Maruti Suzuki is also offering some great deals on their popular models from ARENA and NEXA dealerships.

The Alto K10, S Presso and Celerio are being offered with a discount of up to INR 45,000 along with an exchange bonus of INR 15,000 and a corporate discount of INR 2100.

The unofficial national car of India, the WagonR, is also on sale with discounts up to INR 40,000 along with INR 15,000 off on exchange and INR 2,000 corporate discount.

The new Maruti Suzuki Swift is also on sale with benefits up to INR 50,000 along with an INR 15,000 exchange bonus.

Premium hatchback Baleno is also available with up to 45,000 discount along with an exchange bonus of INR 15,000.

Maruti Suzuki is offering the craziest discount on their only 4X4 SUV in the country, the Jimny. This car is available with up to INR 2.3 lakhs of discount.

Honda is also offering great deals on some of their cars.

Skoda and Volkswagen 

The Skoda Slavia and Kushaq are available with discounts up to INR 1 lakh on the new 6-airbag models and the brand is offering up to INR 2.5 lakh discount on the older models with 2 airbags.

The Volkswagen Virtus and Tiagun are also on sale with discounts of up to INR 80,000 on the latest 6-airbag models. Slightly older 2-airbag models are also available with discounts up to 2.5 lakh.

Volkswagen is offering up to INR 1 lakh discount on the Tiguan along with additional benefits of INR 75,000 and a corporate discount of INR 50,000.

Jeep

American automobile giant Jeep is also offering discounts on their SUVs.

The Jeep Compass is offered with up to INR 2.5 lakh discount along with an exchange bonus of INR 25,000.

The Jeep Meridian is on sale with an INR 80,000 discount and an additional INR 25,000 off on exchange.

The Jeep Grand Cherokee is being offered with a humongous discount of INR 12 lakh.
