We will organise appointments in a phased manner for conducting the inspection. We will work with the customer to schedule appointments, service the vehicle quickly and return the next day.”

The brand is ready to replace the entire chassis of the vehicle if necessary, however, the problem is most likely a single component related which will be replaced by the brand but they’ll scan the entire chassis of the vehicle to be free from any build quality concerns. It is also worth mentioning that the brand will replace the required component(s) of this electric vehicle without any cost.

The reason for the sudden recall is a popular video of iQube where the chassis of the scooter appears broken and the brand is taking this swift recall action after this incident only. However, the indigenous company rather claimed that they are recalling scooters "to ensure that the vehicle’s ride handling is good over extended usage”. Well whatever the reason might be, the affected customers are going to get solutions for their problems, which is the main thing that matters the most.
