Royal Enfield has upscaled the ownership experience for its customers across the globe, thanks to the company’s new ‘Borderless Warranty Program’. This initiative can cover the newly purchased products, as well as, those Royal Enfield bikes that are currently running on warranty.
An Overview
This new warranty program covers 2605 cities in over 70 countries, including India. As the program’s name implies, this initiative will help those Royal Enfield customers who often travel from one country to another country. This global warranty can also be availed even if you leave your own country, and that too, for good.
It is, however, worth mentioning that this Borderless Warranty Program can be had with newly purchased bikes bought from the authorized Royal Enfield dealership, and on existing bikes that are still under warranty and have been serviced at the company’s authorised service centre.
Speaking of servicing, the Chennai-based automobile manufacturer has a network of over three thousand (3000) authorised service centres across the globe.
Another thing that is worth noting is that this program won’t cover those bikes that have been privately imported from other countries.
Other News
Apart from this new program, the company is also preparing to launch the updated Classic 350, which will incorporate new offerings and new colour schemes. It is scheduled to launch on August 12, 2024. In addition to that, Royal Enfield (RE) is also expected to bring the Bullet 650, which is rumoured to be launched this year.
