Prices Hiked on Selected Variants of the Kia Seltos

After adding the new GTX variant of the Kia Sonet and Seltos, the Hyundai-owned automobile manufacturer has hiked prices on the Kia Seltos’ selected variants by up to Rs 19,000. 

The Seltos’ starting price remains unaffected, whereas the mid-spec HTX Diesel iMT variant has received the highest increment. The top-spec X-line variants have received a minimum increment. 

Below is the updated variant-wise price list of the Kia Seltos, as of July 2024. 

As this price list indicates, the lowest price increment is rated at Rs 2000, while the highest price hike is rated at Rs 19,000. Post the price hike, the Kia Seltos’ price now starts from Rs 10.90 lakh and goes up to Rs 20.37 lakh. These are ex-showroom prices, as of July 2024. 

Kia Seltos: Offerings

The Kia Seltos is a very well-equipped SUV in its segment. The features offered by this vehicle include ventilated front seats, a dual-pane panoramic sunroof, a wireless charger, ambient lighting, powered front seats, 60:40 split seats, keyless entry, etc. 

It also has paddle shifters, USB ports (front and rear), three drive modes (Eco, Normal & Sports), a sunglass holder, LED lights (front and rear), alloy wheels, a heads-up-display (HUD), auto-dimming IRVM, and a leatherette upholstery. 

Other features include a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment unit with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, AI voice recognition, and a Bose-sourced surround sound system. 

On the safety front, the 2024 Seltos facelift has a 360-degree view camera, six airbags, a tyre pressure monitor, a rear camera with guidelines, hill assist, ISOFIX child-seat anchorages, traction control, ESC, and ABS with EBD. It also has an ADAS suite, which includes forward collision warning, lane departure warning, driver attention warning, adaptive high beam assist, rear cross-traffic alert, blind spot monitor, rear cross-traffic collision avoidance assist, and lane keep assist, to name a few.
