The silhouette of the car is retained, except for a few cosmetic changes. It has everything new such as a floating bonnet, headlight clusters with matrix LED technology, a revised bumper and front grille, a rear diffuser, and a completely redesigned Lamborghini Gallardo-inspired taillamp grille. Customers can customise their Urus SE as per their preferences and make a unique identity by choosing from a plethora of accessories. The alloy wheels design has also been tweaked and can be had in 21, 22, or 23-inch sizes.

All thanks to aerodynamic enhancements and the addition of PHEV tech- the brand claims this PHEV Urus is 15% more efficient than its petrol counterpart.

Lamborghini Urus SE: Performance

The most interesting part of the car is its performance. It has now become the segment leader with the addition of this new PHEV technology. The Urus SE has a 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 petrol unit with an output of 611.5hp and 800Nm of torque, complemented by the hybrid system with an additional 189.3hp and 483 Nm. The combined output stands at around 800hp and 950Nm of torque.

This powerhouse is mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission with an electric torque vectoring system, and an electro-hydraulic multi-plate clutch, which distributes driving torque between the front and rear axles. Thanks to the electronic limited-slip differential installed on the rear axle which provides “on-demand oversteering," making the car feel sportier.

These numbers make the Urus SE an insanely fast SUV. As per the brand, it can do 0 to 100 km/h within 3.4 seconds and 0 to 200 km/h in 11.4 seconds, with a top speed of 312 km/h. The vehicle has a 25.9kWh battery pack and the brand says, it can cover 60kms in electric mode.
