Launched- Hyundai Grand i10 NIOS ‘Corporate Variant’

Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) recently added another variant of the Grand i10 NIOS, the ‘Corporate Variant.’

This newly added variant has received a few cosmetic changes and gets a ‘Corporate’ nameplate plaque on the tailgate of the Grand i10 NIOS. It can be had in manual or automatic (AMT) units.

The company says, this new variant can offer a seamless ownership experience, as this vehicle offers several safety and entertainment features at an affordable price. Plus, it is backed by a three-year standard warranty, alongside an optional seven-year extended warranty on this popular hatchback. 

Hyundai Grand i10 NIOS Corporate Edition: Exterior Additions

The first addition you’ll see on this Korean hatchback is the ‘Corporate’ nameplate, placed on the tailgate. This edition comprises body-coloured door handles, body-coloured ORVMs, a black-painted radiator grille, 15-inch dual-tone alloy wheels, LED- DRLs and headlamps.

Hyundai Grand i10 NIOS Corporate Edition: Interior Additions 

The Grand i10 NIOS Corporate Edition is packed with dual-tone upholstery, driver’s seat height adjustability, footwell lighting, a front room lamp, and a front passenger seat-back pocket.

More on features, the NIOS Corporate variant has a 6.74-inch touchscreen infotainment unit, coupled with a four-speaker audio system, having connectivities of Bluetooth and USB. Last but not least, this hatchback also has a multi-function steering wheel. As for convenience, this variant of the Grand i10 NIOS has electrically adjustable ORVMs, an anti-pinch driver-side window (down function only), rear AC vents, a passenger-side vanity mirror, and a rear power outlet. It also now offers C-type USB ports. 

Hyundai Grand i10 NIOS Corporate Edition: Safety Features

On the safety front, the new variant of the Grand i10 NIOS equips a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), six airbags (standard), seat-belt reminder (for all passengers), day/night IRVM, ABS with EBD, central door locking system, and impact-sensing auto door unlock, among others.   

Hyundai Grand i10 NIOS Corporate Edition: Powertrain

This new iteration continues to be powered by the same 1.2-litre Kappa petrol unit, which generates 82bhp of peak power and 114Nm of peak torque. Additionally, there is a standard five-speed manual and an optional five-speed AMT unit. However, it misses out on a CNG version. 

Hyundai Grand i10 NIOS Corporate Edition: Pricing 

The Corporate variant of the Hyundai Grand i10 NIOS has a starting price of Rs 6.93 lakh for the manual version, while the automatic version is priced at Rs 7.57 lakh. Both are average ex-showroom figures, which can be subject to change without prior notice.
