Are you planning to buy a three-row Hyundai SUV under Rs 20 lakh? Well, try to save money this April. It is a limited-period benefit. That said, you can now save up to Rs 55,000 as a cash discount and exchange bonus on selected variants of the Hyundai Alcazar. But, it is worth noting that this offer may differ region-wise, variant and other contributing factors. 

Hyundai Alcazar: Powertrains

The Hyundai Alcazar is offered in turbo-petrol and diesel engines. Both engines have a capacity of 1.5 litres. 

The 1.5-litre turbo-petrol unit has an output of 158bhp at 5500rpm and 253Nm of torque at 3500rpm. This engine can be had with a standard six-speed manual and an optional seven-speed DCT unit. 

In parallel, the 1.5-litre diesel engine is tuned to churn out 113bhp at 4000rpm and 250Nm of peak torque at 2750rpm. This engine can also be had with a six-speed manual transmission and an optional torque converter automatic transmission. 

This three-row SUV has a front-wheel drive system. 

The Hyundai Alcazar’s mileage ranges between 18.1km/l and 24.5km/l, depending on the combination of engine and transmission. 

Hyundai Alcazar: Features

Like every Hyundai car, this three-row SUV has a long list of features. As for the top-most variant, the Alcazar has a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment unit, a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, auto HVAC, dual-pane sunroof, and a wireless charger. Further, it has 64-colour ambient lighting, front-ventilated seats, a voice-controlled panoramic sunroof, a factory-fitted dual-camera dashcam setup, auto-dimming IRVM, and a 360-degree camera, to name a few. 

It also offers connected car technology, which comprises features like geofencing, vehicle status, over-the-air updates (OTA), remote climate control, emergency call, and car lock/unlock, to name a few.

For safety, the Hyundai Alcazar is equipped with six airbags, a tyre pressure monitoring system, child-seat anchorages, hill-hold control, traction control, an electronic parking brake with auto-hold, and a speed-sensing door lock. Further, it has an engine immobiliser, keyless central locking, child-safety lock, etc.

Hyundai Alcazar: Pricing

The Hyundai Alcazar is offered in eight broad variants: Prestige, Prestige(O), Platinum, Platinum Adventure, Platinum(O), Signature, Signature(O), and Signature(O) Adventure. It has six- and seven-seat configurations.

The Hyundai Alcazar’s price starts at Rs 16.77 lakh and goes up to Rs 21.28 lakh. These are average ex-showroom prices.
