First Porsche Macan EV with RWD Setup Debuts at Rs 1.23 Crore

Porsche has launched their entry-level Macan EV in India. The vehicle is equipped with an RWD setup and starts at an ex-showroom price of Rs 1.23 Crore.

The SUV packs a 100kWh battery pack and supports up to 270KW of fast DC charging for quick top-ups. The fast DC charger can fill the battery from 10 to 80% in just 21 minutes. The brand claims to offer a driving range of 641 km at full charge.

This entry-level variant of the Macan EV delivers 355hp and 563Nm. These numbers help the SUV get a timing of 5.7 seconds for 0 to 100 kph and it also has a claimed top speed of 220 kph. 

Other than this, there are two more variants of the SUV, the Macan 4S and Macan EV Turbo, which are equipped with dual motors AWD setups. 

All thanks to its twin powerful motors, the Macan EV 4S churns out 560hp and 820Nm. These numbers propel the SUV from 0 to 100kph in just 4.1 seconds and achieve a top speed of 240kph. The Macan EV 4S and the Macan EV Turbo are priced at Rs 1.39 crore and Rs 1.69 crore, respectively. All are ex-showroom figures.

The brand is also offering an off-road design pack with the Macan which alters the approach angle for the good and increases the ground clearance by 10mm. Other than this, the SUV also gets a new Slate Grey Neo colour option.
