Tata Motors has brought AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract). This service comes as a lifesaver for commercial vehicle owners as it allows them to use the vehicle around the clock without thinking about maintenance. 

What is AMC?

AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) is a vehicle maintenance programme by Tata Motors that provides service, maintenance, and easy parts replacement(s). This service can be purchased by paying a one-time annual maintenance fee. 

There are currently two types of AMC plans: Gold and Silver. 

The Gold Plan includes Scheduled maintenance at periodic intervals of Kms for Labour, Parts & Consumables, alongside Repair or Replacement of Wear & Tear Items for Parts & Labour.

Meanwhile, the Silver plan only includes Scheduled maintenance at a periodic interval of Kms for Labour, Parts & Consumables.

How does AMC work?

The subscribers will be able to avail of the benefits of this plan as and when required from any part of India, irrespective of the location.  

Free maintenance and repair will be provided. Complete vehicle care will include changing oils and filters, hub greasing, electrical maintenance, etc. Additionally, wear and tear items like clutch, belts, brake liners, rubber parts, gaskets, oil seals, etc., are covered in the plan as well.

 What is the price of AMC?

AMC tariff rates are determined by the number of kilometres, period of usage, vehicle configuration, application, type of load, and operating conditions.
