Ultraviolette unveiled the F99 Factory Racing Platform (FRP) in India. The bike has the tag of the fastest Indian Superbike; it is designed and manufactured completely at the company's plant in Bangalore.

The company first showcased this machine at the EICMA in Milan in 2023, and now it is production ready, and interested people can now fill out the form for test rides.

The Ultraviolette F99 FRP is a revolutionary project even at the global level. This bike can compete with flagship-level superbikes like the BMW S1000RR, Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10r, and even the Ducati Panigale V4, but we are only weighing the on-paper specifications. The real-life results tend to differ.

The F99 can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3 seconds. This made-in-India electric performance-specific bike can give tight competition to the Ninja 650R, Honda CBR 650R, and similar bikes.

The bike is built with a lightweight aluminum frame, which includes carbon fiber body panels, a 1,400-mm wheelbase, advanced suspension, and a completely aerodynamic design. The kerb (or curb) weight of this bike is 178kg.

Design, Power, and Acceleration

The Ultraviolette F99 is a completely-faired EV superbike, which incorporates a futuristic design with an aggressive front fascia. The body panels are sharp at corners, and it also has active aero cooling cuts, which are designed to maintain airflow towards the motor.

The F99 has Ohlins suspension, twin-disc Brembo brakes at the front, and a lightweight aluminum wheel with a sleek tire profile. The bike comes with pre-installed liver guards, slipped seats, and an LED projector light on the front. This is a proper track-oriented machine with aesthetically pleasing and aerodynamic winglets.

Ultraviolette F99 produces 120 HP, and with a perfect power-to-weight ratio, it can achieve 0 to 100 kmph in just 3 seconds with a top speed of 250 kmph. On the front it has installed a 120/70 R17 wheel, and on the rear it has a 180/55 R17 wheel.
