Revolt RV1 and RV1+ Available in India, Boasts 160 Kilometre Range

The Indian market has seen rapid growth in 2024. We've witnessed the power of the Ultraviolet F77 and affordable OLA EV bikes. Revolt Motors has also joined the game by launching the Revolt RV1 and the premium version RV1+ electric motorcycles in the commuter segment. Both bikes fall under the affordable price range. 

Specifications, Range and Price: Revolt RV1 and RV1+

Revolt Intellicorp Private Limited is a subsidiary company of RattanIndia Enterprises, and the Chairperson of RattanIndia Enterprises has commented about the RV1 series, saying that it is a quality and feature-loaded yet budget-friendly motorcycle with modern looks and best-in-class features.

These Revolt bikes from the RV series is loaded with a six-inch LCD unit, which shows speed, fuel, time tracking, range left, distance covered, and other important information and notifications. 

The RV1+ supports fast charging which can fully charge the bike within 1.5 hours. Revolt is offering a 2.2 kWh battery with 100 km range and a 3.24 kWh battery with a 160 km range. 

Users can charge RV1 from 0 to 80 within 2.15 hours and RV1+ within 3.30 hours with a normal charger. Both variants come with a water resistance IP67 rating. Both RV1 and RV1+ electric bikes have long single seats and advanced suspension to tackle bumpy roads.

The RV1 comes with 70 kmph top speed; the curb weight of this machine is 108 kg with a 790 mm seat height, which makes it comfortable for average-heighted riders. The ground clearance of RV1 is 180 mm.

The Revolt RV1 is capable of carrying a 250 kg payload; it features rear broad tires and a chain drive system for smooth acceleration. Bike comes with disc brakes on either end and multiple speed modes, plus there is a reverse mode as standard. 

The price of the Revolt RV1 stands at Rs 84,990 and the Revolt RV1+ is priced at Rs 99,990. Both are ex-showroom prices, as of September 2024.
