Bajaj has launched a new variant of their electric scooter, dubbed Chetak Blue 3202. This special edition variant is based on the Urbane variant of the Chetak, however, it gets new cells in its battery which enhances the battery life without any changes in the capacity.
Bajaj Chetak Blue 3202: Overview
The new Chetak Blue 3202 costs Rs 1.15 lakh. Previously, the Urbane variant was priced at Rs 1.23 lakh. So the pricing has decreased by Rs 8,000 with the new variant and the riding range has gone up to 137km compared to the Urbane variants's 126km.
This electric scooter has the same 3.7kWh battery capacity as the Urbane variant. This battery can be charged from 0 to 100% in 5 hours and 50 minutes, using a 650W off-board charger.
The features list of the Chetak Blue 3202 is quite long with a colour LCD, off-board charger, keyless ignition, hill hold assist, reverse mode, and key fob as standard.
Interested buyers can also opt for the TecPac package by paying Rs 5000. This package adds features like sports mode, increased top speed of 73kmph over the standard 63kmph, Bluetooth connectivity, hill-hold, and reverse mode.
The scooter is offered in four colour options: Blue, White, Black, and Grey.
Besides that, the Bajaj Chetak Blue 3202 locks horns with other electric scooters like the TVS iQube, Ather Rizta, OLA S1 Pro, etc.
