Audi has revealed the e-tron GT with design and performance components updates. After this, the Audi e-tron GT has become the most powerful road-legal car by the brand with a whopping 925hp power output. Audi e-tron GT shares its underpinning with the Porsche Taycan Turbo GT, however, this Audi car has slightly lesser power output than Porsche's offering.

Audi e-tron GT: Variants

There are three variants of the electric supercar. The base model is called the S e-tron GT; it has a dual motor setup which produces 680hp. The mid-model is called the RS e-tron GT, which now produces 857hp. The top-of-the-line RS e-tron GT Performance produces 925hp and goes from 0 to 100 kph in just 2.5 seconds.

Audi e-tron GT: Battery and Charging

The battery capacity of this vehicle has also been bumped to 97kWh from 84kWh, which results in an improved long range of 609km. The brand has also made changes to the cooling system and cell chemistry, resulting in longer charging hours via a 280kW charger and allowing the EV to charge at a maximum high speed of 320kW at various temperatures.

Audi e-tron GT: Interior and Exterior Design

In terms of visual appearance, the RS variants are much more distinct from the regular S variant, thanks to the blacked-out Audi logo inside the differently designed grille. The RS variants also have an L-shaped pattern on the lower part of the bumper.

Buyers also have the option to get a painted carbon fibre-finished panel on the bumper. The lower S model has a silver-finished Audi logo and a different pattern on the grille. It also has gloss-black surroundings around the grille.

The interior of this German EV has a flat-bottom steering wheel with touch-sensitive buttons. Other noteworthy standard features are 14-way electrically adjustable sports seats, air suspension, and digital displays, to name a few.

Audi e-tron GT: Expected Pring and India Launch

The on-sale Audi e-tron GT and RS e-tron GT cost Rs 1.72 crore and Rs 1.95 crore, respectively. Both are ex-showroom figures, as of June 2024.

Once the Audi e-tron GT facelift is launched in India, it will continue to lock horns with the Porsche Taycan and Mercedes EQS. The updated model is expected to be priced higher than the current iteration.
