A few months after its global debut, the Aston Martin Vantage has now made its way to the Indian shores. It’s a two-seater, two-door coupe priced at Rs 3.99 crore (ex-showroom).

Aston Martin Vantage: Exterior Design

The car follows a typical sports coupe design language with sedan-like aerodynamics combined with the bold stance of SUVs. The vehicle boasts a huge Aston Martin signature-style grille at the front and the front bumper houses the huge air intakes on either side of the grille. Further, the Vantage's bonnet has a hand-crafted, chrome-plated brass base 'Aston Martin' badge on the front and the same logo is placed on the tailgate. The vehicle also gets matrix LED headlamps with features like auto high-beam (AHB), integrated direction indicator, daytime running lights, etc.

Stealing all the limelight on the side of the car is the 'Swan Wing' opening, frameless doors which elevate the car’s sporty element. One can easily notice the sporty floating roof appearance from the side, which gives the signature new-age Aston Martin silhouette. The vehicle also houses signature full-width LED taillights spread across the car’s tailgate.

Aston Martin Vantage: Features and Safety

The interior of the Vantage has also gone through a major overhaul. The car now gets a 10.25-inch TFT screen for instrumentation, a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system which runs on custom-built software and an 11-speaker Aston Martin audio system. The features list goes on with Android Auto, 360-degree camera, Apple CarPlay, wireless phone charging, satellite navigation system and more. This vehicle also comes equipped with ADAS suite, having Auto Emergency braking (AEB), Forward Collision Warning (FCW), Adaptive Cruise Control Stop & Go Including Speed Limit Adaptation (ACC), Traffic Sign Recognition (TSR), Lane Keep Assist (LKA), Lane Departure Warning (LDW), Rear Cross Traffic Assist (RCTA), etc.

Aston Martin Vantage: Performance

Powering the Aston Martin Vantage is a Mercedes AMG-sourced 4.0-litre twin turbo V8 petrol mill, which churns out 665hp and 800Nm. This powerhouse is mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission. Additionally, the brand claims that the 2024 Vantage can do 0-100kmph within 3.5 seconds, having a top speed of 325kmph. The vehicle stands on 21-inch five-spoke alloy wheels with sizes of 275/35/ZR21 and 325/30/ZR21 at the front and rear, respectively.
