Aston Martin DBX707: Extensively Updated Interior

The DBX707 has received Aston Martin's in-house developed new infotainment system and a newly architectured cabin for an enhanced experience.

British luxury car manufacturer Aston Martin has extensively updated the DBX707’s interior. The SUV’s interior has received a new infotainment system, a striking revamped interior, and enhanced dynamics via chassis software calibration. 

Aston Martin DBX707: Exterior

The car’s exterior design remains mostly unchanged however the brand states that the new iteration of the Aston Martin DBX707 is now the marque's single powertrain in their portfolio. The SUV gets five new paint colours; Epsilon Black, Helios Yellow, Sprint Green, Malachite Green, and Aura Green - plus the addition of Podium Green, which was first exclusive to the DBX707 AMR23 Edition. Further, it has newly designed flush door handles that open outwards when the SUV is unlocked.

Aston Martin DBX707: Interior

The car has received a new infotainment system designed by Aston Martin, alongside a newly architectured cabin for an enhanced cabin experience. There are newly designed vertical air vents and new D-pull door release handles. There is a 12.3-inch screen behind the steering wheel as an instrument cluster and a 10.3-inch centrally-mounted infotainment screen integrated into the new dashboard and centre console. Besides the screens, it has buttons for gear selection, drive modes, heating and ventilation, etc. on the centre console, creating a balance between digital and analogue controls. The dual-screen system supports wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto and it also has multiple USB-C ports and connected car technology via Aston Martin's dedicated app.

Aston Martin DBX707: Performance

Powering this DBX707 is the same AMG-sourced 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 petrol unit, having an output of 697bhp and 900Nm of torque. This powerhouse is mated to a 9-speed wet clutch automatic transmission, which makes all wheels spin. The brand claims that this SUV can do 0 to 60mph (96.5kmph) in 3.1 seconds and a top speed of 193mph (310.6kmph). Handling the braking duties are 420mm front and 390mm rear Carbon Ceramic disc brakes. The DBX707 sits on 22-inch wheels, with optional cast or forged 23-inch alloy wheels.

Aston Martin DBX707: Expected Launch Date and Pricing

According to the brand, “Production of the new DBX707 is due to commence in Q2 of 2024, with first deliveries scheduled to begin in Q2.” Currently, two variants of the DBX are on sale in India- the 'V8' and '707', priced at Rs 3.82 crore and 4.63 crore (ex-showroom), respectively. So, we can expect this refreshed iteration to be priced a little more premium over its predecessor.
