We have already seen many versions of the TVS Apache RR 310, RTR 160, and RTR 310 at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2024. This time, the brand has launched the new Apache RTR 160 Racing Edition in India at an ex-showroom price of Rs 1,28,720.

The new Apache wears a matte black colour with red-grey stripes, 'TVS Racing' badging, carbon fiber-themed graphics, and bright red-coloured alloy wheels. Except for these cosmetic additions, the engine and other specifications are the same as the standard RTR 160.

The 2024 RTR 160 has aggressive-looking LED headlights, sharp tail lamps, flared tank design, and angular cowls, which offer aerodynamic superiority and track presence.

Except for these cosmetic additions, the engine and other specifications are the same as the standard RTR 160. That said, the RTR 160 Racing Edition is powered by the same 159.7cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine, which produces a peak power of 15.82bhp at 8,750 RPM and a maximum torque of 13.85Nm.

TVS has offered a 5-speed gearbox unit to transfer power from the engine to the rear wheels. This iteration of the 160cc Apache RTR equips a 90/90-17 tyre profile on the front and a 110/80-17 tyre profile on the rear. The bike, however, has a classic suspension telescopic setup at the front and dual shock absorbers at the rear.
