Royal Enfield has launched the highly anticipated Classic 350, with a starting price of Rs 1,99,500 (ex-showroom). Bookings for this new Classic 350 are open from September 1, 2024. The motorcycle has mostly received cosmetic changes but read on to learn about the new updates.
All You Need to Know About the Updated Classic 350
The first noticeable change is that it gets all LED lighting except for the optional LED indicators. The halogen indicators are in the lower variants, while the top-spec is exclusive to LED sets.
The top-end variant(s) also get a tripper navigation pod and adjustable levers by default, which is optional on the lower variants. These updates have not made significant changes to the overall retro appearance of the motorcycle.
This 350cc Classic motorcycle is mechanically unchanged, as it continues to be equipped with the tried-and-tested J-series 349cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine, which churns out 20hp and 27Nm and is mated to a 5-speed gearbox.
Suspension duties are taken care of by 41mm telescopic forks at the front and twin preload adjustable shock absorbers at the rear. The newly updated iteration continues to offer all-disc variant(s) with dual-channel ABS support. However, the rear drum brake variant with single-channel ABS has been discontinued.
The 2024 Royal Enfield Classic 350 is now available in seven colour options available across five different variants. The base-spec Heritage is priced at Rs 1,99,500. Then comes the Heritage Premium with a price tag of Rs 2.04 lakh.
Other variants include Signals, Dark, and top-end Chrome, priced at Rs 2.16 lakh, Rs 2.25 lakh and Rs 2.30 lakh, respectively.
