In recent years, Apple has expanded its focus beyond hardware, bringing more software-based services to users. The company has now turned to creative professionals and enthusiasts. It has introduced Apple Creator Studio, a new subscription suite of creative apps for video, music, imaging and productivity tools.

This move will help creators by putting studio-grade tools under one plan and make them more accessible to students and everyday users on Mac, iPad and iPhone.

Apple Creator Studio: What It Is

Apple Creator Studio is a single subscription bundle that brings together powerful creative apps. These tools help users edit video, create music, design images and work on visual projects. Apple says the suite gives creators features they need to bring their artistic ideas to life.

The subscription also adds premium content and new intelligent features to Apple’s productivity apps like Keynote, Pages and Numbers.

Apps Included And Key Features

The Apple Creator Studio subscription includes the following apps:

  • Final Cut Pro: Video editing on Mac and iPad
  • Logic Pro: Music production on Mac and iPad
  • Pixelmator Pro: Image editing (now on iPad with Apple Pencil support)
  • Motion and Compressor: Motion graphics and file encoding (Mac only)
  • MainStage: Live music and audio tool (Mac only)

Moreover, the suite also adds intelligent tools and premium content to Keynote, Pages and Numbers on iPhone, iPad and Mac.

How The Subscription Works

The subscription will be available on the App Store in India starting January 28, 2026. It will be priced at Rs 399 per month or Rs 3,999 per year, with a one-month free trial for new users. Students and educators can also subscribe at a discounted rate of Rs 199 per month or Rs 1,999 per year.

Additionally, the subscription can be shared with up to six family members through Family Sharing.

Who It Helps And Why It Matters

Apple Creator Studio is aimed at a wide group of users. The suite gives “easy access to the most powerful and intuitive tools” to help users pursue their craft and grow their skills.

With this launch, Apple continues to strengthen its focus on empowering creativity through seamless technology. The question now is- will creators prefer this unified subscription over buying individual apps?
