Whirlpool has added a new offering to its washing machine lineup with the launch of the Xpert Care front-load model. The latest product comes with Ozone Air Refresh Technology, allowing users to refresh garments without using water or detergent. The washing machine is equipped with an in-built ozoniser that converts oxygen into ozone, which spreads inside the drum to kill bacteria and eliminate odours from clothes.

For those interested, the newly launched Whirlpool Xpert Care front-load washing machine can be purchased at Rs 24,500. The model is available at authorised retail stores across the country and online via e-commerce platforms such as Flipkart and Amazon.

Manufactured at Whirlpool’s facility in Pondicherry, the washing machine is capable of dry-cleaning multiple clothing categories. These include blazers, sarees, trousers, and sequined garments, offering zero shrinkage and zero fading. The company claims to have tested the machine for up to 50 continuous ozone refresh cycles, with successful results in dry-cleaning the aforementioned fabrics.

According to the company, the washing machine removes up to 99.9% of bacteria, keeping clothes free from dust mites and viruses. It is also capable of handling stubborn stains that usually do not come out in a single wash, such as wine, coffee, tea, mustard, chocolate, mud, and shoe polish. These stains can be treated directly inside the drum without any manual pre-treatment.
