Vivo has introduced the flagship X300 Pro and the X300 smartphones in the global markets. The new Vivo X300 series, which succeeds the X200 series, features ZEISS cameras, a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, OriginOS 6, and more. Here are the details.
Vivo X300 Series Features and Specs
The Vivo X300 series looks similar to its predecessor and houses a big, round camera hump at the back. The X300 Pro and the X300 feature an LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and the same Dimensity 9500 chipset. This is combined with the VS1 pre-processing and the V3+ post-processing imaging chips.
The X300 Pro has a 200MP ZEISS-backed periscope lens with up to 100x digital zoom and is compatible with a separate Professional Imaging Grip Kit. The X300, on the other hand, gets a 200MP main snapper.
There’s support for the latest OriginOS 6, based on Android 16, which replaces FunTouch OS globally and brings many visual changes (new Vivo Sans font, lock and home screen grids, Dynamic Glow and Translucent Color, and more) and many AI features to make usage convenient. The OS’s Origin Smooth Engine claims to offer smoother usage and enhanced animations.
The X300 series also supports a 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, up to 90W fast charging, an Action Button, and more. Here are the detailed specs:
