Vivo is preparing to launch a new high-performance smartphone in India, and thanks to a recent leak, we have a clear picture of what to expect. Following the appearance of a teaser page on Flipkart, new reports have detailed the likely pricing and specs for the upcoming X200T.

The leaks suggest Vivo is targeting power users who want flagship specs without paying top-tier prices.

Expected India Pricing

If the report from tipster Abhishek Yadav is accurate, the Vivo X200T will start at ₹59,999. This entry-level model reportedly comes with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.

For those needing more space, a 512GB version is expected to land at ₹69,999. The phone will likely be available in two simple color options: Black and Purple.

Battery and Power

The biggest selling point here appears to be the battery. The X200T is tipped to house a massive 6,200mAh battery, which is significantly larger than most competitors in this segment.

Powering the device is MediaTek’s unannounced Dimensity 9400+ chipset. To keep that big battery topped up, the phone reportedly supports 90W wired charging and 40W wireless charging.

Display and Durability

The phone is expected to feature a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen with a sharp 1.5K resolution. Vivo also seems to be focusing on durability, with the device carrying an IP68 and IP69 rating. This means it should handle water and dust better than many standard flagships.

Security is handled by an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, which usually works faster and more reliably than standard optical ones.

Camera Hardware

Vivo is continuing its partnership with Zeiss for the camera system. The back of the phone will reportedly feature a circular module housing three 50-megapixel sensors:

  • Main: 50MP Sony sensor with optical stabilization (OIS).

  • Zoom: 50MP periscope lens for high-quality zoom shots.

  • Ultrawide: 50MP sensor for landscape shots.

Software Support

In a move that matches Google and Samsung, Vivo is reportedly promising long-term support. The leak claims the phone will launch with Android 16 and receive five major OS updates along with seven years of security patches.

Market Context

At ₹60,000, the X200T enters a fierce market. It will compete directly with the OnePlus 12 and the Google Pixel 9. However, if the 6,200mAh battery spec is real, Vivo holds a distinct advantage in endurance, addressing the number one complaint for many smartphone users today.
