Moving from online to offline

CMF becomes an Indian company
This retail push happens alongside a major business change for its budget brand, CMF. The sub-brand has been registered as a separate legal entity called “CMF India Private Limited.”
This isn’t just paperwork. It means CMF will handle its own manufacturing and research directly within India. The timing is intentional, as CMF is set to launch the new Headphones Pro and Watch 3 Pro in the country on January 13.
