Dreame Technology, a Chinese brand best known for its vacuum cleaners and home appliances, may soon enter the smartphone market. Recent certification listings suggest that the company is working on its first phone, which could be called the Dreame E1. Early details hint that this will be a mid range smartphone with a strong focus on display quality, battery life, and everyday usability.

Where the leak comes from

The phone was spotted in the European Product Registry for Energy Labelling, also known as the EPREL database. A report from Russian publication MT.Today claims that the device appears with the model number W5110, which is linked to the name Dreame E1. These listings usually show up before a product is officially launched, suggesting that the phone could be nearing release.

Display and camera setup

According to the leaked information, the Dreame E1 will feature a 6.67 inch AMOLED display, which should offer deep blacks and vibrant colours. On the back, the phone is said to include a triple camera setup with a 108MP main camera, along with a 2MP depth sensor and a 2MP macro camera. There also appears to be an extra circular cutout on the rear, but reports suggest this is just for design and does not house a real camera.

For selfies and video calls, the front camera is expected to be a high resolution 50MP sensor, placed inside a hole punch cutout on the display.

Battery and charging

The Dreame E1 is listed with a 5,000mAh battery and support for 33W fast charging. One of the biggest highlights is its claimed battery endurance. The certification suggests the phone can last up to 54 hours and 35 minutes on a single charge, which is impressive for a mid range device.

The phone has also received a Class A energy efficiency rating. The battery is rated to handle up to 800 charging cycles before its capacity drops below 80 percent, pointing towards long term reliability.

Connectivity and durability

In terms of features, the Dreame E1 seems well equipped. It is expected to support 5G, NFC, and even a 3.5mm headphone jack, which is becoming rare on modern smartphones. The phone will also offer dual SIM support and a microSD card slot for expanding storage.

For security, it is said to include an in display fingerprint sensor. On the durability side, the phone is expected to come with an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance. The EPREL listing also gives it a B rating for drop protection and repairability.

If these details are accurate, the Dreame E1 could be an interesting first step into smartphones for the brand, especially for users looking for good battery life, a solid display, and practical features in a mid range phone.
