Hyundai India has finally revealed the highly anticipated facelift of the Alcazar SUV. Interested buyers can now book the Alcazar facelift from the official Hyundai website or any Hyundai dealership with a booking amount of Rs 25,000.
Hyundai Alcazar Facelift Design, Features, Performance and Expected Pricing
The Hyundai Alcazar is available in four broad trims - Executive, Prestige, Platinum, and Signature. The top-end Signature variant is expected to be loaded with features to the brim. Since the Creta facelift got ADAS Level 2, the Alcazar facelift is also expected to be equipped with this.
The Alcazar now gets a very similar-looking front fascia to the Creta, the connected LED DRLs are there, but these have a refreshing pattern inside the H-shape as compared to the Creta.
The three-row Korean SUV also gets a brand-new grille, split twin headlamps, and a redesigned bumper, keeping in line with the new-age designs of Hyundai cars.
The side profile, however, remains rather simple and elegant and gets attractive 18-inch alloy wheels. The rear of the SUV gets H-shaped connected LED taillamps and a refreshed bumper with a silver finish.
Hyundai has retained the 1.5-litre turbo petrol and 1.5-litre turbo diesel mills, which churn out 160hp and 116hp, respectively. The gearbox options have also been retained from the previous model with a standard 6-speed manual, a diesel-exclusive 6-speed torque converter, and a petrol-exclusive 7-speed DCT.
The Hyundai Alcazar’s ongoing models start at an ex-showroom price of Rs 16.78 lakh for petrol and Rs 17.78 lakh for diesel. It is deemed that Hyundai will price the 2024 Alcazar facelift slightly higher over the pre-facelift version.
The in-depth details and pricing of the new Alcazar are scheduled to be revealed on September 9, 2024.
