After ruling the market for years, the Tata Punch has finally received a mid-life cycle makeover in 2026. The company has launched the updated avatar in India with revised design elements, new features, an updated interior, and fresh engine options, among other upgrades.

2026 Tata Punch Facelift Bookings

The 2026 Tata Punch is available in a total of six variants and multiple colour options. Interested buyers can now pre-book the model by paying a fully refundable token amount. Bookings can be made either through the company’s authorised dealerships or online via Tata Motors’ official website. The latest offering starts at Rs 5.59 lakh, while the top-spec variant is priced at Rs 8.29 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

2026 Tata Punch Facelift Design, Interior and Engine

Aesthetically, the newly launched Tata Punch features a refreshed front fascia, including a new grille, redesigned bumper, and an improved LED headlight setup, paired with integrated LED DRLs. The company has retained the side profile, which continues to offer decent-sized cladding, body-coloured door handles, and automatic ORVMs with integrated turn indicators.

Jumping inside the cabin, the company has made significant enhancements and updates that are visible in the dashboard, seating arrangement, and centre console. As far as the features are concerned, the model offers a 10.25-inch touchscreen with wireless car connect tech, unit, 360-degree camera, wireless charger, auto-dimming IRVM, voice-assisted electric sunroof, LED fog lights with cornering function, automatic climate control, multiple charging ports, and multiple drive modes, among others.

Under the hood, the Tata Punch facelift is powered by a new 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine, paired with a six-speed manual transmission. It produces a maximum power output of 118 bhp and 170 Nm of peak torque. Additionally, customers also get the option of a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine, which delivers 87 bhp and 115 Nm of peak torque.
