Vivo has officially pulled the wraps off its new X300 flagship series in China. The lineup includes the standard Vivo X300, which arrives in a more compact form factor this year, and the Vivo X300 Pro, the fully loaded flagship model. Both phones are powered by MediaTek’s latest Dimensity 9500 chipset and run on Android 16 with OriginOS 6.

Vivo X300 Pro Specification

The star of the launch is the X300 Pro, which packs a Zeiss-powered triple camera setup:

  • 50MP Sony LYT-828 primary sensor with gimbal OIS

  • 50MP Samsung JN1 ultrawide lens

  • 200MP Samsung HPB telephoto camera for detailed zoom shots

On the front, there’s also a 50MP JN1 sensor for selfies and video calls.

Under the hood, the phone runs on the Dimensity 9500 SoC paired with Vivo’s in-house V3+ imaging chip, with configurations of up to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage.

Power comes from a massive 6,510mAh battery that supports 90W wired and 40W wireless charging. The display is a 6.78-inch 8T LTPO panel with 120Hz refresh rate, 1260 x 2800 resolution, and an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.

At 7.99mm thick and 226g, it’s no lightweight, but it offers IP68/IP69 water and dust resistance, plus modern connectivity features like Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 6.0, and USB-C 3.2 Gen 1.

Vivo X300 Specification

For those who prefer a smaller device, the Vivo X300 comes with a 6.31-inch 8T LTPO display (120Hz, 1216 x 2640 resolution). Despite the smaller frame, it still carries the same Dimensity 9500 chip with up to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage.

Its battery is slightly smaller at 6,040mAh, but charging speeds remain at 90W wired and 40W wireless.

On the camera front, the X300 has a 200MP HPB primary sensor, a 50MP Sony LYT-602 APO telephoto lens, and a 50MP JN1 ultrawide camera, along with the same 50MP JN1 front shooter.

It weighs 190g, is just 7.95mm thin, and matches the Pro model with an IP68/IP69 durability rating.

Pricing in China

  • Vivo X300 Pro starts at CNY 5,299 (~$745) for the 12GB/256GB variant. The 16GB/512GB and 16GB/1TB versions are priced at CNY 5,999 (~$845) and CNY 6,699 (~$945).

  • Vivo X300 starts at CNY 4,399 (~$620) for 12GB/256GB, with higher-end options going up to CNY 5,999 (~$845) for the 16GB/1TB model.
