Tecno Pova Series Teased Ahead of India Launch: Brings Unique Design, RGB Arc Lights, and More

Tecno is about to release a new smartphone within its Pova series in India in the coming days. Though the official revelation is yet to come, a teaser video obtained by 91mobiles exclusively shows the look of the device that is on its way. The phone seems to be the very same one which Tecno had teased previously back in January.

Special Rear Camera Design

The teaser clip showcases a striking triangular-shaped camera module at the back panel with at least dual rear cameras and an LED flash stacked vertically. Below this module, there's an empty orange-colored space, which could point towards the position of the power button along the right side. The phone also has a boxy frame with sharp angular edges and sports the tagline, "A portal to the supreme."

Possible Name and Lighting Features

Although Tecno has not officially announced the name of the device, the lyrics in the teaser video indicate that it might be named the Tecno Pova Curve. The design of the rear of the phone appears almost the same as the teaser released in January, which featured a triangular module surrounded by LED lighting. This LED strip can light up during calls, messages, and other notifications.

The RGB light pattern seen here seems to be an evolution of earlier Pova models. It bears a close resemblance to the RGB Arc Interface found in the Tecno Pova 5 Pro, Pova 3's LED configuration, and the Pova 6 Pro's 'Evolved' Arc Interface.

Launch Timeline and What's Next

Though other specifications are kept under wraps, the intensification of teasers suggests that the India launch may be imminent. Tecno is likely to announce the official name and complete feature list soon.

Tecno's Recent Activity

Last week, Tecno unveiled a set of products at MWC 2025, such as the Camon 40 series, Watch GT 1, True 2 TWS earbuds, Megabook laptops, and AI glasses. The brand also unveiled the Spark Slim, a phone that is only 5.75mm thick and has a 5,200mAh battery.
