The iPhone 16 series is launching on September 9, 2024, at 10:30 PM IST at Apple's 'It’s Glowtime' event.
The iPhone 16 and 16 Plus will feature a new vertical camera layout and have an 'Action button'.
Both iPhone 16 Pro models will feature a bigger display. The iPhone 16 Pro will feature a 6.3-inch screen whereas the 16 Pro Max will have a 6.9-inch screen.
The iPhone 16 Pro models will be equipped with an exclusive “Capture Button” to use as a physical camera shutter button.
The iPhone 16 and 16 Plus could be available in seven colours - Blue, Pink, Yellow, Green, Black, White, and Purple.
All four iPhone 16 series models will be equipped with Apple intelligence. All AI features will be available to iPhone 16 Series by October with iOS 18.1 update.
The iPhone 16 Pro models are likely to be powered by Apple's new A18 Pro chipset with better performance and efficiency. However, iPhone 16 and 16 Plus, are expected to utilize the A17 chipset from last year.
